In the case where the customer is a juridical person or other organization, to have a socially reprehensible relationship with Bouryokudan-in etc. as an officer or a person substantially involved in the management of the customer.
The customer shall guarantee that it will not commit any of the following acts by itself or through the use of a third party
Violent demanding acts
Unreasonable demands beyond legal responsibility
Acts of threatening words or deeds or using violence in connection with transactions
Acts of spreading rumors, using deceptive means, or using force to damage the Shop's credibility or obstruct the Shop's business.
Any other acts similar to those described in the preceding items.
Restrictions on Use
The Shop reserves the right, without prior notice, to restrict a customer's use of the Shop, in whole or in part, or to terminate the customer's registration if the customer falls into any of the following categories The Shop shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the customer as a result of actions taken by the Shop in accordance with this Article.
