We sincerely apologize, but we are currently suspending the acceptance of new orders from customers with whom we do not have an existing business relationship.

Although we have been making continuous efforts to enhance our supply and production capacity, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accommodate new requests at this time.
This decision is based on the fact that, as of the spring harvest of 2025, the anticipated demand from our existing clients has already exceeded our annual production capacity.

At this moment, we do not foresee any immediate improvement in the supply situation over the next one to two months.
However, we remain committed to expanding our production capacity and will continue working diligently toward this goal.

We will provide updates on our website once we resume accepting matcha orders from new partners.
